WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF WORKING WITH ME?

  • We begin with an initial brand consultation, where we discover who you are, your values, brand needs, competitors, and business goals.

  • I'll be sending you a comprehensive (and quite enjoyable, in my opinion) questionnaire to uncover your brand vision. While you get into that, I'll be busy crafting captivating mood board concepts for your consideration.

  • Once we've discussed the proposal and established the direction for your brand, we'll plunge into the design phase. Once completed, we'll have a call to present a overview of everything, giving you the opportunity to review and make any final adjustments.

  • Once you’re 100% happy with the finalized project, all correct final files will be sent you and for you to share with the world!

  • My branding process typically spans around 3 to 4 weeks. However, the exact timeline can vary based on the number of revisions and the inclusion of custom requests. My design philosophy revolves around creating fully custom solutions. The goal is to ensure that your branding reflects your unique identity, allowing you to stand out as an authentic representation of yourself or your business.

  • I do not offer just logo services, where I know for a fact a logo alone is not enough for your business. A logo is essentially a visual symbol or mark. While it represents your brand, it doesn't provide the context, story, or depth that a brand needs to connect with its audience. To stand out in a crowded market, your brand needs a unique and memorable identity. This involves more than just a logo; it's about the entire brand identity experience.

  • The One Concept Approach revolves around presenting a single concept to the client then collaborate with them through multiple revision rounds to finalize the design.

    Before diving into the design phase, I invest time in thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the client's business. This research serves as the foundation for our collaboration, guiding our strategy. With this strategy in mind, I explore various design options and select the most effective one. This chosen concept is then developed and refined, culminating in the final presentation to the client.

  • Absolutely! If you are interested in other design items, feel free to reach out and we can have a conversation. Some common services I have done outside of my packages are website maintenance, motion graphics, product label/packaging, social media designs and more.

  • Every project is split into 2 payments, a non-refundable deposit and a final payment. 3 part payment plans are offered when preferred.
